I received a voice mail message and called them back and spoke to a person earlier this evening.  I informed him that I was insulted with the offer and he seemed surprised and explained about how big a premium it was compared to the recent shareprice.  I explained I have been invested in the company since 2007 and would be taking a substantial loss at this price and that we should be getting a valuation of the assets in the ground and from past ball park estimates it was felt to be north of 60B.  With all the EV evolution taking place this number should only climb with anticipated increase in precious metal due to supply and demand.  I informed him how disappointed I was with the BOD as well and told him if Richard Nemis was at the reign this would of never happened.  I said I would like to see offers in the $ not pennies and would like to see $4.00 as well (although I realize to myself that may be wishful thinking with our share dilution).  He did seem to have knowlegde of my shares, although he was a bit short on the exact number.  I think this company must be working for BHP and they are trying to get a feel where the shareholder is standing on this.

FYI, I use to post occasionally years ago under the username Predator27 (was a beer league hockey team I played for and wore 27) but for some reason my account would not let me log in with the username a couple of years back and with the dormacy of the company did not have any imput to provide but would check in on the site and the posts once in a while.  Let's hope that we have a few more companies taking an interest not to mention the Feds and provincial govt so we can get a fair return, for many it's been long overdue.
