They are merely continuing what they did the last 10 years.

Diluting the sh*t out of this company without much progress at all.

Now they are proposing to accept a total sellout offer - given the gigantic proportions of the ROF - and not even trying to sell this project like every founder would do! 

And that's where there's the problem .. they robbed Richard and us and apparently never really had enough commitment. Just incredibly what absolute p*ssies this company is being run by.

What a shame.

Even the journalist is having more phantasy left then Coutts this total fraud.
