In my opinion, this gets bid up to between $500M - $1B. We all know what CLIFF spent on this project. If Trudeau suprises with a road announcement of any sort, this could get very exciting.

Hold onto your shares, we all know that they are worth a lot more than $225M.

I would be happy with $4 - $5B, which would put us over $10 a share, but that might be a bit optimistic even though we know the insitu is worth a lot more.

Hopefully the valuation by July 30th indicates a valuation into the billions.
