Why should we follow this managements recommendations

This is the management who have kept the shareholders in the dark, have made repeatedly bad decisions, let other people take control of our finances and told us there was no gold in Windfall Lake. Why would we now take their word that this is a good deal for shareholders ?

WE SHOULD SAY A RESOUNDING "NO " TO THEIR STEALING THIS COMPANY AND " NO " TO FOREIGN OWBERSHIP.
