It is my understanding that in the early days of Noront there were many majors that visited, and signed non-disclosure agreements, to see what all the hub bub over the Ring was all about. This gave them privy resource estimates, grades, and other geology pertaining to the Eagle's Nest deposit, as well as  some of their other deposits; Glencore, Vale, BHP, Mick Davis....etc......For those longtimers and Noront buffs please let me know if I am wrong here. Because if I am not then one should expect that Wyloo, or should I say Fortescue...Sorry...Better yet, Andrew Forrest, will not be the only one interested in Noront and their claims in the Ring. If these others are not then I would truly be surprised. Again, call me a conspiracy theorist but the way this is playing out has my spidey sense tingling. Part of me says inside job, and the other part says auctioned off to the highest bidder who posed the least threat to National Security.
