For those new to Noront

Noront discovered and owned the Windfall lake property while Richard Nemis was leading the company.

When Richard Nemis was squeezed out of this company, the new management sold off Windfall lake for a few million. Now, Windfall Lake has a market cap of almost 10X Noront's market cap (or the suggested take over price).

Also, everything that Noront discovered in the ROF was discovered before this management team took over.

We are no further ahead in negociations with FN's or the government.

What they have done is consolidate claims into one nice package to be sold off to a foreign company.
