Air Canada gave back their  bonus after being called out by the media/Govt.

 

Now - NOT management in my view should not take anymore retention payments until they.

1. ensure NOT is Canadian owned and controled

2. deliverd on the ROF mining opportunity for jobs/revenue / FN sharing

Its called protect Canadian assets / pay for performance...
