I wonder if what Wyloo is looking for is to buy Noront's stake to Eagle's Nest, carve off the rest of the Ring for Noront or a new company to keep.

This wouldn't be ideal to me as a shareholder of NOT because that would mean Coutts et al get the $133 million of cash (or whatever the price for the Eagle's Nest stake ends up being) and we're left again with same management bungling along.
