Noront will place 21.66-million shares at $0.283 each to raise gross proceeds of about $6.1-million.
There is no hold on these shares as they are offshore. Why not sell them at around .33 and drive the SP down to .28 and then buy them back? It seems that Noront always shoots themselves in the foot?
This seems like some kind of movie where you want to shout at the actors. This is the biggest thing since Voisey and nobody gets it.
