An E/W road announcement is still possible...and likely. The E/W should have a finished EA sitting on someone's desk...IMO. I posted the proof to show that all the First Nations along this corridor were receiveing extensive government funding and gifts...Internet, enhanced housing to the tune of 10's of millions, new generators, water treatment and sewage management....and the list goes on.  Looking at what could give Noront's stock a significant upward boost I would have to say an E/W corridor announcement in the near term would have such a potential. But there are others....

If the First Nations want to be the true masters of their own destiny they must choose the path that puts them in both a position of control and ownership, where they can prosper for the next 100 or so years. So, they have a choice 1) to trust someone they do not know (Dr. Forrest and Wyloo), or 2) trust the people who they already have a good relationship with (Noront & Canada). If they choose a foreign entity over a Canadian one there will be resentment, that's for sure. But they have really no loyalty to Canada, as far as I can see... Only to themselves. If it is money and power they seek then both Canada and Wyloo can give this to them. However, from a point of National Security Forrest's direct association with China should not be underestimated, and seen as a potential threat. Choosing Wyloo over Noront does bring instant money, but so too does any additional government funding to First Nations & business loans, so that later IBAs and possible joint ownership in Noront, and/or the Ring of Fire can be realized.

Wyloo is a gamble, and Forrest's history with Australian aboriginals is sorted and questionable. My opinion is Matawa is better off with Canada and Noront who want to nurture reconciliation and empowerment of First Nations, than it is with Wyloo who only see First Nations as an obstacle to be avoided so they can claim the treasure to be theirs...The rest of us will get a pittance ..If they go with Wyloo they enter into an agreement of uncertainty.  Forrest will inevitably find a way to exploit them, and Canada, and we will all end up with a raw deal; smoke and mirrors. That being said Forrest should be kept at arm's length, and not trusted.

Business is business...YES...But there is a big difference between making a quick buck and securing a financially well-off future of endless returns. Just remember my First Nation friends who has your back here, because some Forrests can be dark and scary if you have never entered them before. Talk to your Australian aboriginal friends first and tread wisely...

I am sure you don't want history repeating itself by making the wong decision.
