I agree and this could easily backfire for him.  This letter he sent will be laughed at and it should be.  If everyone is really serious give them half the rights to the deposit and that road will be built with Dougie on the lead dozer in no time flat.  But greed is too much so we will fight over something that will never be built if this continues.  What is the definition of doing the same thing over and over again?
