OK....I don't want to....But I am returning.

Coutt's get the money...I don't care where. But payoff that God___ $15 million dollar loan. The longer you wait, the more Wyloo owns Noront. Find someone else who is will to renegotiate the terms of this loan....Like the Matawa...and pay Forrest off....NOW.    See if Matawa wants the difference in percentage ownership that would end up in Wyloo's hands if they call in the loan for shares...Somewhere in the order of 14-15%.

Would be a perfect way to make Matawa a nice partner, and keep Wyloo at their 23% control. 

Do it soon...You've procrastinated way, way too long with this one.
