Shareholder Rights Plan?

I am just wondering if it is the board's thought that by offering the Shareholders Rights Plan it will give all current Shareholders the opportunity to buy additional shares at a reduced rate to bring your existing share cost down so the sale of your shares to Wyloo won't be as great of a loss?

What a plan!!

After 10 years of being invested, I couldn't buy enough more shares to see me clear of what this has cost me.
