I cannot locate this 'Rights Offer' on sedar...just this early warning report from May 26 which appears to just notify Sedar of Wyloo's dirty business. It seems poor little Noront is about to get introduced into the mean world of M&A and we may have let in a trojan kangaroo into our gates.
