I just read Noronts' reply to the to the currently privately owned, indepedent, Noront "insider - defined" Noront comment, which I read, but couldnt copy/distribute.

Reasons given by Noront, in summary:

1. It wasnt a legal offer, in writing.

2. The person making the communication is a known, Noront shareholder insider, and hence ineligable.

3. Noront has the legal right to respond in 105 days to any legal offer, from any qualified suitor , if/ when made legally.

My summary, my words, since I was awaiting the publishing of NOT board comments, by now.

Lets see if this "fake" offer was just a price promotion $'s quick flip promtion attempt by the indepedent Australian mining billionaire.

Entertaining, though.
