New management will not change things anytime soon.   But shutting the project down or putting it on hold till all players  staring FN / then the Ford govt show coordinated interest , would be interesting.

 

Lost revenue / taxes / jobs / standard of living improvements can wait another 10 years, till someone Get it right ?
