This may clear up the confusion and theories...except who KWG targets for Noront shares?

Baosteel's subscription (now Baowu) agreement from 2011. They have rights to offtake and a board seat as long as they have a 5% stake in Noront. See paragraph 10 and 14...

I am not sure where to look for their holding percentages on Sedar to confirm a drop below 5%.

Anyone familiar with this location?

If they have fallen below 5% I expect a NR should be issued soon to announce the board replacement?

Seems we also still wait for Wyloo's choices????
