To all of you that responded today after the budget delivery, thank you. I do admire your persistence. 

Any nuance that can be unearthed from between the lines, provides me with hope that all is not lost and that this project will finally be recognized for its importance. Of course then there's the long awaited pay off that each of us deserve for sticking with this investment when all seemed hopeless.
