Could this budget actually be the gift we've all been waiting all these years for? 

I applaud all of you for again raising the hopes of all that are invested here. Your diligence in finding articles and quotes are truly appreciated.

It does give one hope that finally something will get the shovels in the ground that will not only benefit shareholders but in the bigger picture, Canada.

However it is very disappointing that all is quiet from Noronts board. Where are you Mr. Coutts? Have you been doing anything here besides collecting your salary and shares? Are you going just sit back and take the credit? Speak up sir. You owe it to your investors otherwise I'm with John Lennon. 

They say patience is a virtue but this has gone beyond the pale.
