An interesting photo journal of what it takes to drive a load over winter roads. The road to Webequie seems very harrowing. This is my favourite photo....what they carry in threatens the environment more than the all season roads that will bring electrification....Neskantaga seems to use moronic logic unless this is the way of life they wish to preserve? Time to drop this idiotic charade of protecting the environment and just let it be known what you really want.
300 barrels of fuel, two snow machines, one flat pack building, one generator and 7 exhausted drivers.

The road to Webequie deserves its own chapter in this saga. I took three loads into Webequie and every single one of them was a mission a magnitude of which I have never found in trucking before. It is the most brutal of all the roads on this network and of course, as a result of the challenges, it is by far the most rewarding to complete. I loved it!
