This latest moratorium is only masking what is going on behind the scenes.

We are heading into a new phase of this project.  We have provincial and feds agreeing on something.

Me thinks that There is always negative chatter before something happens.

However, moratorium, no way, 

I've had enough Covid-19 news, I'm tapped out, 

Ford is tapped out, needs some good news, 

Ring news is all we got to look forward to,
