I don't know what that means but if THIS is "tracking well" to him, imagine what "tracking poorly" would look like.

Rickford became Ontario Minister of Mines and Indigenous Affairs in June 2018 with a majority. Three years later the access road hasn't broken ground, First Nations agreements haven't moved forward and he basically said the billion dollars the Liberals committed to the road isn't on the table anymore.
