I've been following other penny stocks with lesser value and lesser goods than noront and these stocks have moved 10 x on very little news in less than 1 year.  Like BES.V, for example which is basically in the battery business, where are these companies getting the raw materials for the batteries,

There is no reason for this company's stock not to move on any shread of good news.

So let's get some good news going, Coutts,
