Perhaps your Forensic audit of "Dr" Dayna Scott, the "enviromental" lawyer, (who was recently selected by the Federal Government to lead yet another newly created Fed. Agency), to conduct this investigation. I would include this  latest Fed.  "Agency" PMO/Trudeau sponsors' in the audit, including the prompt, public reporting of its' ES findings extremely stringent written reporting deadlines.

There are now 90,000 employees in Fed. Agencies, in Canada (stats. Can. Jan'20), All of whom are not part of the federal civil service oversite.

They have a well desevered reputation of largely never completing their undefined objectives, financial cost reporting, and/or never reporting any definitive results of their loosely defined reasons for the Agencies' creation. 

Why was this Federal created Agency created to control a provincial mining entity; 100% of all the  relevent Indiginous signators under various Ontario government jurisdictions.
