Because the next ON election is mid 2022; and immediate, and crucial $$B large investment, MM jobs, and $B new tax revenues to pay for the huge C-19 expeditures of both Federal and Ontario provicial governments..... I would therefore:

ammend your 2-3 year forecast to 1.5 -2 years for Noront taxation revenue start as announced by both government levels to be announced this coming 2021 spring period.

This will coincide with the coming April/2021 Federal, and late June/2021 ON provincial elections.

The Ontario election will be successful due the Premiers' outstanding leadership Performance.
