Mr. Cudney is the Founder, President & CEO of Northfield Capital Corporation, and is a long-time financier within the resource industry. He is credited as a Founder and inaugural Director of FNX Mining Company Inc., Co-Chairman of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., Founder and financier of Guyana Goldfields Inc., as well as the original financier of Noront Resources Ltd. in their discovery of the Ring of Fire. Mr. Cudney was the recipient of the Bill Dennis Award in 2016 for the discovery of the Bruce Channel Deposit in Red Lake, Ontario, where he was instrumental in the subsequent sale of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., to Goldcorp Inc. for $1.5-billion in 2008.
Mr. Harvey is a long standing and well-regarded geologist within the resource industry. He served as President and CEO of Hemlo Gold Mines Inc. from 1989 to 1991, and also held the position of President of Noranda Exploration Company Limited from May 1982 to October 1994. In 2009, he was the recipient of the Bill Dennis Award for the discovery of the Ring of Fire, and is credited as co-discoverer of the Mattabi Mine as well as the Windfall Lake Project, which is now being developed by Osisko Mining Inc. Mr. Harvey holds a BSc degree in Geology from the University of New Brunswick
Mr. Niemi is a geologist with 20 years of experience in the resource industry, both at the corporate and operational levels. Mr. Niemi is the Vice President, Exploration at Aurelius Minerals. He was formerly Vice President, Exploration for GoldQuest Corporation, Vice President, Geology for Noront Resources (was part of the team that advanced exploration opportunities) and Manager of Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Niemi started his career with Inco Technical Services Ltd. in 1996, working on the Victor Deep project in the Sudbury basin. Mr. Niemi holds a Honours BSc degree in Earth Sciences from Laurentian University.
