Our AGM is on Sept 3, voted my shares today, not very comforting that 5 of our 7 directors don't have ANY common shares. Allen Coutts has 900,375 & Paul Parisotto has 523,500 not including options. I don't consider Allen & Paul's shares very substantial considering our share price. I voted NO to increasing the Commom Share Award Plan from 4,000,000 to 10,000,000 shares, we need to send them a message to stop robbing the cookie jar and diluting the share price, we have over 400,000,000 shares outstanding and climbing! Very Frustrating.

Come on directors show us your conviction and use some of your hard earned money and buys some shares in the open market, that would send a signal to the market that you believe in the company!
