It's time to vote for the upcoming annual general meeting.

The fine folks at NOT do not only want to continue their dilution scheme .. ehm I meant stock option plan. No they almost want to double the shares handed out to their - completeley and utterly incompetent management. 10 Million shares instead of the 6 Million accd to plan. Their scheme is going on for too way long (since 2008) without ANY RELEVANT results.

Zero reasons to award them ... actually it would be good to take stock every single one of them for absolute under-performance and mis-management.

Please take your chance of voting (even though it might not be enough votes in the first place) but show them what you think of their plan to again only take care of themselves but not the company or regular shareholders.

They are not even trying to make the stock price break out of the resistance at 0.2$ even with curren Tesla / Nickel situation.
