It makes you wonder how RCF board member and $NOT management can get along.

Possibly if RCF were in this play like we were, they would forego the current interest payments in shares in exchange for adjusted royalties or simply ride it out like a shareholder with a say via a board seat.

Share dilution via interest payments when interest is near zero = BRUTAL

That is my 12 cents.
