I have said before and I will say it again,its time to replace Mr. Coutts.Think about it..What has he done for the past 7 or so  years ? It is my opinion..he has done nothing to boost or maintain our share price...he has watched the short term projection come and go... he has failed to keep us retail shareholders up to date on a regular basis...he shows absolutely no enthusiasum.

 This is a critical time in the start of a development. what we need is a company that specialises in large project development and construction. I dont have any confidance at all in Mr.Coutts to be able to pull this off. As far as the projected 7 years goes is this really Noronts date,or is this somebodies back room date...it stinks worse than my colostomy bag.
