Ringer, Spot here, about this Quebec Cree deal yesterday..

"The Grande Alliance project includes a road, a railway and a deep sea port for the most northern Cree community of Whapmagoostui, located on the shore of Hudson Bay, currently accessible only by air.

The deal also includes 700 kilometres of new railway between the non-Indigenous Abitibi community of Matagami and Whapmagoostui, as well as hundreds of kilometres of new and upgraded roads and new power lines,"

That announcement  sounds like a Clone of what Mushkegowuk First Nations in Ontario is looking for:

Rail, Seaport, and throw in  some cheap terrawatts from Quebec.

Those New Power lines mentioned  in that 4.7 billion dollar deal are very nice.

Just extend those lines over to Ontario's James Bay from Quebec's James Bay and have a Cree to Cree deal for cheap power.

Interesting that right after Via Rail immediately announced:

"Passenger trains will run again between Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City starting on Thursday.

Via Rail said CN, which owns those rail lines, has notified the company that it can run trains again on that section of the line beginning on the morning of Feb. 20."

I thought the blockade was related to the BC Coastal LNG pipeline? Strange that this 4.7 billion dollar deal  with the Cree in Quebec suddenly makes Via's Quebec Montreal Ottawa blockade go away.

The blockade is still intact for Toronto- Belleville-Kingston.

So what would it take to make that  portion of the blockade go away?

Maybe A deal with Mushkegowuk for the same as the Cree,

What's a few more billon dollars anyway,

Just a side note also, watched the democratic debate yesterday, Bloomberg, the multi billonaire didn't say too much, however his billions say a lot, imho.

Trump or Bloomberg, or who's your pick.

If i had billions, (in the ground) i sure as heck would not want that job.
