I would have to assume that the date below the picture in my post reflects the day it was taken. But to answer you truthfully, HC, I really don't know. The only thing I know is that the sooner they get off diesel the cleaner the air will be up there. All the more reason why an "All-Season" road should be in the works sooner, rather than later.
