I'm optimistic with some scepticism to help keep me from marrying this stock.I bought in the $0.40's with Kathleen Wynne assuring us we will be starting a road and the tax payers are paying for it . That promise has come and gone as did she. 

So here we are in 2020 ; can we exspect shovels in the ground anytime soon ? An actual start date this year would be nice.
I believe this will happen but when is the million dollar question
