TORONTO, Jan. 31, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Noront Resources Ltd. (“Noront” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: NOT) has entered into a fifth amending agreement dated January 31, 2019....The amendment includes a provision whereby the Company will require RCF approval to issue equity below $0.306 per share.

So then...what happens when we run out of money and we can't get our share price over $.30?

Answer....We enter into another amended agreement lowering the conversion price to $.20

So then....what happens as we approach the new amended due date
