This news pretty much kisses our dreams of multi-dollar share price goodbye.  1% gross smelter is huge - its not NSR, it's GSR.  plus the $0.20 conversion rate was expected with the 5 years of dilution.  This adds another 100 million to the share base if fully converted.

My only hope is the big boys are loading up for big news in early 2020, and the big boys always get paid first before the little retail shareholder.
