The difficulties of a minority government .ROF would be the largest economic boom for the far north but when is the million dollar question?  I remember Bob Rae said he whole heartedly believed the Ring of Fire would eventually get mined , too much revenue to ignore. Im amazed how Noront stays afloat without an income; but I,m no expert in the inner workings of a junior mining company and how they borrow , negotiate and keep chugging along in the face of obstacles.
