First, we did brake below....so .15 not so magical.

Also, what's not so magical....is that the real reason could be as simple as RCF wanting to renegociate the terms of the loan to transfer to shares at about $.15

On $US 15,000,000 X 1.3 exchange / .15 = that would be 130,000,000 shares

Now that's magic.

And if we do that for RCF....then what should we do for Franco

That will be more magic.
