...do the FN negociate with....given that Noront does not have the means to do anything...they wouldn't be able to provide any financial support to even build a road at this point...let alone a mine....or a smelter

I wonder if RCF has a suiter lined up...perhaps one for the nickel deposits....and another through Franco, for the chrome

Anyone hearing anything on that front...cause the current dialog seems unachievable
