I find it so funny that in another time I would cry.

Ontario is spending 540,000 bucks for largely planing and feasibilities. These provide little substance for a buck spent.

BUT they could have applied the same money to the E/W road so it would be mostly funded ( even if half funded in today's inflation), needing only a bit more from the federals or some private investor.

MORE SO, A road would be the foundation of many more projects that would provide substantial results ( all planning has already been done).

It is the difference of giving a hungry man a fish and showing him how to fish.
It just angers me that money is so wastefully misplaced.
