As a former audior/Security Executive / Forensics professional, dealing with facts (not emotion) I share my own spin on this town hall. First, good for Noront to hold it and share its materials and listen..

Second , Noront can only present facts based on the proven use of current technology. Therefor if this is not good enough for the city in question .... then move on to another city that gets it.
