For me this is great news..finally Rickford did something constructive..things can now move ahead..for the F.N. not so good news..their free ride is over..the well has gone dry. their voice no longer matters that much.Keep an eye on the S.P for the next while. (also remember this move has Doug Ford written all over it ).
