Paliman .....can you tell when did RCF Funds state that no more

shares will be issued below $.30? I can see them trying to place

limit on Options in order to get BOD to try harder but to limit

issuance of shares would hamper NOTs operation and cause it

to eventually close up the shop.I love the idea but you can NOT

order the level of trading- Market thoes that unfortunately.
