Yes the convertible loan (or the nightmare loan). Between that and RCF having the option to convert the loan to shares, what percent would they own? We also have Franco Nevada to deal with I think next spring, If I remember correctly the intrest is 5 yrs at around 7% thats around $10,000,000 just for intrest. So what part do they play?
