I believe Watay Power and Matawa will be meeting soon, or soon enough, to announce a "Phase 3" plan to address all that you speak of.  It is the most logical solution. Especially, with both the broadband funding and completed EA (I'm guessing) attached to it.  There is simply no need for Matawa to re-invent the wheel here by not accepting Watay's offer to join. I do, however, get the feeling that with all the silence from Neskantaga and Eabametoong that something West of the Ring is moving along quietly.  All this talk of the N/S route has diverted our attention from the obvious, as you've said...This is a no brainer.  We have a road already to go, with enough positive outcomes, on so many levels, to say that this is everyones' next move toward progress.

Kudos to you Babjak1....For realigning us back to a logical perspective.
