Perhaps if a new white knight want to get in and need a minimum participation of 10% or 20%,It would be more appropriate for them to start grabbing shares at .23 because it might climb quickly for a minimum of 50 Millions shares. By having price down like this they played on two side, interest paid & feeding partner in cheap shares and also get ready when time come to fill out their big order ...

Road need to start this years period. Unless this contract will also be postpone if we followed our CEO Alan Coutts timeline's ... I'm waiting for USMCA to resume and then new might come along.
