Noront has some big time shareholders such as Franco Nevada and Bao Steele .

what puzzles me is, why do these companies allow RCF to slowly take over the company for next to nothing? RCF loaned Noront what! 19 million? Wouldn’t one of these companies like to be getting a greater % of Noront for such a low price?

Makes me wonder??
