IMHO the new drilling at the established sites has to do with building on a long term production plan, getting ducks in a row and keeping busy in a productive way until the govn't releases a road announcement.  A make work project perhaps?  It was years ago now that courses were being offered to locals in various aspects of mining, heavy equipment operating and other related fields.  What happened to all those people that were trained?  

I also think that the election later this year is a factor in play.  Timing is everything in an election year. 

I'm so impatient with this project, I can hardly stand it but I think that once it starts to roll things are going to bust wide open.
