I say it again, 

we elected what was thought to be different approach to developing the ROF, through the PC's

Until , they show some leadership that is different, they appear to be  following the sameold  road map.

Now just maybe, they are hitting roadblocks they cannot reveal openly. Until they share what they know, we have to continue to ask for that important disclosure, that calls out who is the problem. 

In my view it cannot point fingers at the Fed's...
