Really Babjak1 not trying to be negative either but:

read this article for what it is, grabbing onto something that has potential to continue to provide funding to universities and professors needing employment/project work

this is nothing more than a subsidized handout in the form of a three year job spec 

Funding like this is under scrutiny by government at all levels and subject to cancellation without notice no matter what.

bringing this into the rof and the Matawa FN territory is brilliant but risky due to the lack of industrial development in the immediate future....
