With only one day of trading remaining after today's

close we will be on track for Noront to incur the second

highest quarterly payout to RCF in shares if RCF opts to

get paid in shares instead of cash.That is going back to

inception of convertible loan.Expect payout of more than

1.65 Million shares when it is published around 10th of

January.
